IP Blocker Update

User GravitarUpdated the IP blocker script - it now has only one loop for checking for invalid logins - next, I guess, is tweaking the iptables function so that it's also inline with everything else.

Let me know if you have any problems with using it, or if you have a better way of doing things ;)
