JULIET O comfortable friar! where is my lord?
I do remember well where I should be,
And there I am. Where is my Romeo?

Is there a command line syntax?
It would really be great to customize.

encrypt does accept arguments from the command line, but (currently) only on Linux. Neither the Windows nor the OS X version support this feature at the moment. This is primarily because the assumption was made that the majority of users on these systems wouldn't be too bothered.

If you're using Linux you can see what arguments and available using the command encrypt --help. Typically I use the command line to pre-select the file to en/decrypt and the algorithms to use.
